Aloha Everyone,
It has been a while since I updated my graphs for Waikoloa Village real estate sales here on the Big Island of Hawaii. With low inventories, it has taken a while to build up enough data to show some additional trends. Below are my updated graphs. I added a new on for Days on Market vs Date Sold. I thought that was interesting to show how the lack of inventory has affected how fast buyers are moving.
