I have lived and sold Real Estate on the Big Island of Hawaii since 2001. Prior to moving here, I was in the Semiconductor industry for 25 years. I am a data driven person and feel information is the key to complete any successful transaction. I believe in honest answers and have never been a smoke-blower or fluff person. I believe in the Big Island as a place to come to heal and live a longer, healthy life and I enjoy telling new clients about what makes this island so special.

My wife and I opened our own real estate and property management office in 2004 and sold it in 2019 so the wife could retire. I was the principle broker for the office and now have changed offices to Better Homes and Garden - Island Lifestyle.
