March Market Statistics for the Big Island Copy

Aloha,

Here are the March Real Estate Market Statistics for the Big Island.  Sales have slowed and prices on condos have decreased slightly although home prices have increased in some areas.

Inventories have also dropped with less listings coming on the market.
